The reason for returning your product can be one of two reasons.
The product doesn't meet your expectations
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, for any reason possible, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery and you'll get a full refund. You, the customer, will be responsible for the shipping fees.
To be able to return the product, it must meet the following conditions:
- Product is returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Product is in original package.
- Product is in the original condition and not used.
- You have the order number
Please notify us if you want to return a product. Send our support team an email at email@example.com and provide us your order number and proof of purchase. Our support team will provide you with the necessary information. Once we've received the return and it complies with our return policy, we will do a full refund via the original payment method. Processing and refunding your return can take up to 10 business days.
The product is damaged
We provide a two-year warranty on all our products starting from the data of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover theft, abuse, water damage, batteries, glass damage, strap damage and normal wear and tear.
